We collect what you put in the order form (name, email, optional phone, song details and an optional photo) only to make and deliver your song and to contact you about it.

If you choose to upload lyrics or record yourself singing or humming, we use that file only as a creative guide for your song and for copyright screening (which may involve a third-party screening service). We do not create voiceprints or use recordings to identify anyone, we never sell them, and we delete recordings within 90 days after your song is delivered (or sooner if you ask).

Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider and in our private order tracker. We don't sell your data. YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you press play.

The age/content acknowledgement is remembered in your browser's local storage. To delete your data, reply to any of our emails and ask.
